1. Responsible for cell culture, preservation, and passage
2. Responsible for plasmid transfection, media change, virus packaging, and purification
3. Responsible for reagent preparation and quality control
4. Responsible for collecting experimental data and providing feedback on any anomalies
5. Responsible for summarizing and organizing experimental data
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the department supervisor
