Cell Culture Researcher

Responsibilities:

1. responsible for cell culture, seed preservation and passage;
2. responsible for plasmid transfection and related detection analysis;
3. is responsible for AAV virus packaging and purification;
4. Responsible for the collection of experimental data and abnormal feedback;
5. responsible for the summary of experimental data, collation.

Requirements:

1. biology related major;
2. virus packaging experience is preferred;
3. work carefully and patiently, have aseptic operation consciousness;
4. familiar with the biological laboratory commonly used equipment operation, common reagent preparation, experimental operation specification and laboratory safety precautions;
5. Initiative and a strong sense of responsibility, can be serious and responsible for the completion of the task assigned by the superior, with a strong team spirit.
