AAV Producer Cell Line Development Researcher
Responsibilities:
- is responsible for the development of adherent and suspension high-yield AAV cell lines;
- is responsible for the construction of internal cell line platform, including cell line screening, cell line stability research and cell bank construction;
- Organize, sort out and write partial declaration data of CMC cell line according to the requirements of declaration data at home and abroad, and assist in on-site verification of declaration;
- is involved in AAV fermentation process development and production scale-up.
Requirements:
- bioengineering, cell biology, biochemistry, fermentation engineering, etc;
- familiar with cell line development process and able to solve technical problems encountered;
- understanding of new drug research and development, quality control and registration process, and the regulatory requirements for the approval of biological products;
- familiar with molecular biology, vector construction, cell strain screening, cell strain stability research and cell bank construction.
