Gene Therapy Product Development Researcher
Responsibilities:
- responsible for the evaluation, establishment and development of new gene therapy products;
- rationally design and optimize the sequence elements of gene therapy products according to the project requirements, including but not limited to AAV shell, ITR, promoter, intron and target gene;
- is responsible for designing and developing in vivo and in vitro experiments to screen candidate products;
- design and implementation of gene therapy drug efficacy and safety evaluation;
- Summarize experimental data, organize project reports, submit relevant application documents and patent applications;
- closely follow the cutting-edge technologies and methods of the industry, bringing new scientific ideas and technologies to the company.
Requirements:
- molecular biology background, master degree or above;
- rich experience in experimental operation, experience in research and development of adeno-associated virus AAV or other viral vectors is preferred;
- master a wealth of molecular biology and cell biology techniques, including molecular cloning, DNA/RNA extraction and immunohistochemistry;
- is good at multi-task management and can conduct multiple projects at the same time;
- can efficiently carry out project planning, experimental Protocol and report writing;
excellent English professional literature research and reporting ability, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
